Howard Hanna Launches Apartment Dwellers Trade-In Program
Howard Hana has launched a terrific program for renters looking to take advantage of the new $8000 First Time Buyer Tax Credit or the great low interest rates available, yet still have a significant amount of time left on their current lease. The Apartment Dwellers Trade-In program will take that worry out of the homebuying equation. Howard Hanna will work with Landlords to find someone to take over the remainder of the lease.
